FNB Card Collection

FNB, why can’t the staff assisting clients with queries not get authority to assist with card collections? To wait for longer than 30min in a line and knowing you will only get assisted after the customers that have been waiting for more than an hour already have been served is not acceptable for a simple card collection. This occurred at the Baywest branch this morning. I had to leave without my card… I then tried the online chat service through the app to change the card collection address and there was no response. How do you suggest I get hold of my credit card? I am not prepared to wait in line for more than 30min for a simple card collection.
