FNB CARD CANCELATIONS ISSUES!
Over 40yrs I've been with FNB. I changed my accounts from private to premium as the fees and befits aren't needed. So FNB cancelS all my cards and then it takes a week to send my new cards... well it's currently a week and I still don't have either credit or debit card... so I can't buy or pay for anything AS I HAVE NO CARDS! I have tried to go onto secure chat to see where my card is and only after 2hours does an agent speak to me! FNB ARE FALLING SHORT!
