FNB Card Application Disarray
I app**** for an Aspire credit card almost two weeks ago, and was asked for 3 months' payslips by Neo Molokwane from FNB Consumer Credit Card, which I submitted on 12 April. Since then I have been asked on two separate occasions to submit the payslips to Outstanding Documents, to which I responded that the documents hed already been submitted. I am not comfortable resending sensitive information when the process is supposed to be organised, efficient and secure. Now the application seems to be standing still - FNB doesn't seem to respond to my messages. What is going on here? Am I being ****med with these repeat requests?
