FNB card and secure chat -lacking

Card queries: my card has been with Embossing dept since last Tuesday (5working days today). After following up with the Secure chat card team three times since then (as my last card was never ordered despite going in branch at Cape Gate and their online service and assistance was severely lacking), today after many delays, I was told the card was never given to couriers. When I asked what the embossing team’s eta was the person ended the chat.

Without the card I will not reach my Ebucks levels set in place by FNB.

Would not recommend FNB to anyone, basic banking is a struggle on a good day, and they are often offline entirely.
