FNB card accepting wrong pins

I recently found out my card has been accepting incorrect pins on a regular basis. I have used my assigned pin from the envelope for almost 2 years.

My wife regularly uses my card and has entered a incorrect pin every time, which I noticed the other day while she entered the pin as I packet the trolley. I clicked the pin she entered was not even close to the actual pin and was shocked to see that it was accepted. She told me she has used that 'incorrect' pin since I got the card.

I have requested a new card, which i hope resolves the issue for me, only time will tell.

However, this is very concerning as it makes me doubt that my money is safe with FNB and that other FNB customers could have this same issue and be completely oblivious to it. I hope FNB investigates this matter urgently and corrects it.
