FNB Car Nav disappointing and no service

Used the Car Nav option to renew my car license. After paying and sending my docs to the correct email, I did not get a response of receiving the documents. I have ask numerous times both Carnav and Roadprotect without any feedback if other documents are needed. I was told to wait 14 days, but after 20 days I started asking again and without feedback. Today they reversed the money, saying that no docs was received. Still no reply on my emails and no other way of coms.
