FNB car license renewal online

Wish I could give 0 stars I'm so disgusted in FNB In my life I have never ever had such bad experience with a bank A friend told me about the FNB car license renewal on the app ... she only waited 2 days to get her renewal ... I thought cool and I did the same on the 18th of november with my 2 cars expiring on the 30th of November so its enough time for them to still deliver even if it takes 14 business days... at 1st I thought its a bit weird because I did not get any notification or reference number after I did payment and guess what its the 5th of December and still nothing .... no ref number, No sms, no email , no call.... So I have been calling , emailing and chating online and still NO one can help me... I have log with nav life 5 times a query , all I get it someone will get back to me within 24/48 hours and still nothing NO one has phoned me... when I phone FNB they cant help then they redirect me to the "right" department , then that department tells me no you at the wrong department then I get directed to another department and with all the departments I was directed to, no one can assist me ...

the only info I have is that the payment was taken out my account on the 18th of November, they say it was already renewed (this is a lie as I have checked with natis and its not renewed), if I go back on app where you renew the license to check progress its says nothing is in progress ... So now it looks like FNB has ****** my money because it was not allocated to the right department. Please don't renew on the FNB banking app
