FNB car license renewal online

I reviewed 2 licenses on FNB on the 31st of December and only reviewed one till date. I followed up for the first time on the 7th of January 2025 and subsequently via email and the only feedback received is that the matter was escalated. I phoned again on the 22nd of January and they said they escalated it again and will contact me before the end of the day however nobody phoned me back. I again phoned back this morning and has not received any feedback.

FNB doesn't even deliver any service to their clients and now except me do drive with a vehicle for which the license already expired since they cannot keep to the timelines indicated when renewing your license through them. They even indicate on their app now that I don't have any pending license renewals however I received an email from them on 8 Jan indicting that they know they only delivered the one license.
