FNB Car License Renewal Fail

Do not get your license renewal done through FNB's banking app. Utter useless service provided. I send through my documentation and pay my registration before my license expired at the end of this month via road protect (their service) . They confirm receipt and inform me they are busy processing... A week later a message pops up on my app stating that the province where I must register isn't the same as my address... Lol... They are both in the western cape! So I complain and they respond by telling me the car is registered on natis as being owned by a company... That is correct... It's Wesbank!! That doesn't mean the license mustnt be in my name!! What a terrible service... And an utter waste of time and money... FNB don't advertise services that you are unable to deliver on... It's only going to cause more people to leave your bank in search of a someone who actually delivers what they say they can... And cheaper
