FNB car license delays

I renewed my car license with FNB on 30 October 2020 and I am still waiting for it now. They have the worst service and they don't even explain the reasons for delays. They charge R200 for this appalling service. When I called to find out about the delay, they simply promised to prioritize my paperwork without explaining why they were not prioritizing it in the first place.

I am disappointed at the fact that I did not expect such a terrible experience from an FNB affiliation.
