FNB Car Licence renewal, i have to collect it at my own cost!

22/11/2024 app**** for car licence via fnb app. 30/11/2024 received a call for it to be delivered on the day but i was not at home. Received no further calls to try and reschedule 6/12/2024 contact bank via secure chat only to find that licence has to be collected from Road Traffic Management Corporation in Centurion and they are only open during the week. I have paid for a service and now i have to collect at my own cost AND because i am a contractor i will lose time to try and make this happen. Will my service fee be reimbursed? No!
