FNB CAR LICENCE RENEWAL, DO NOT EVEN TRY IT!! RATHER WAIT IN THE QUEUE!

I paid for my licence renewal via the FNB app in SEPTEMBER, thinking it was the better option to avoid long queues due to Covid, boy was i wrong!! we are in December and still nothing, no communication except a message on the app saying its delayed for the upteenth time, had I known i would need to drive around with an expired licence for the first time, I would much rather have braved the queue!!!! Paid over R800 plus a delivery fee for the "10-14 day turnaround time"
