Fnb Car Insurance Very Bad

I called emergency road side assistance to assist me when I was stuck on the road with my car battery, so that they can Jumpstart my car, but I was told that they can't assist me because my policy was inactive while it was not inactive.

I had to take out money from my pocket and get roadside assistance, while I have been paying fnb car insurance for Months.

I was in the middle of nowhere looking for assistance and I was told my policy is inactive.

Now I want my money back and cancel this policy.
