FNB CAR INSURANCE- stay away you will regret! they don’t pay claims

FNB CAR INSURANCE: I regret leaving my previous insurer for FNB car insurance. I honestly have never experienced this kind of delays in processing claims at any other service provider. Fnb takes more that a month to process claims and during that very long period of you waiting there is no feedback whatsoever it is very quiet , and when you try to call them they are always “experiencing” high call volumes. Also their premiums are not fixed and increases yearly which is not the case with other insurers. So save yourself this kind of disappointment and opt for better service with other insurance providers, i am also in the process of getting myself out of this pathetic service provider.
