FNB car insurance stay away.
Claim RM014300. Two weeks ago FNB instructed the tow truck driver to tow my car to Dent Doctor Nelspruit. After hours on the phone with FNB, 3 visits to Dent Doctor, no work has been done on my car. They are very good on blaming each other but not very good at at anything ells. Stay away.

11 Oct 2024, 09:31I went to Dent Doctor this morning. You have not approved the expense. Two weeks and you have not approved a R25 000 claim. They will order the parts when you approve. You are disputing a couple of hundred rand on the cost of a grill. Please reconsider, not fun being without a car.

I went to Dent Doctor this morning. You have not approved the expense. Two weeks and you have not approved a R25 000 claim. They will order the parts when you approve. You are disputing a couple of hundred rand on the cost of a grill. Please reconsider, not fun being without a car.
