******** FNB Car Insurance Staff and Neil Govender as their attorney for 3rd party claims

My car was in an accident last year, I paid access and it was to be recovered as per the guidance. Since October last year I have been battling with FNB Car Insurance staff - escalation went to (Sibusiso Masumpa) who promised to do something but he did nothing and their appointed incompetend Neil Govender represented by Crystal who can't even get her thought organized (***), when you ask her questions she then drop your call. Communication is key and she is very ********, this is a huge concern for such professional entities to stand this low!
