FNB car Insurance no weekend support

In an unfortunate event on 29/03.24 another driver drove into the back of my car and damaging my car in such a way that it can’t be driven. I immediately drove to the police station and made a case as I know it is the thirst thing insurance ask. That by itself is a daunting task yet it had to be done. Then when I phoned FNB Insurances I was informed that sorry this is a public holiday and would need to wait till Tuesday. So here I sit the long weekend and i am stranded it home not even being able to go buy my kids easter eggs for the holiday. Surely this cannot be the way you treat your clients. And if this is how i start this process GOD give me strength how difficult will the rest be.
