FNB CAR INSURANCE DELAYING THIRD PARTY PAYMENT

My vehicle was involved in an accident on 3 September 2023. All relevant documentation was submitted by 22 November 2023.

The first party (who wrecked my vehicle & took accountability) has already been paid out, whereas FNB’s Attorneys, “Neil Govender Attorneys” have been most unhelpful & arrogant when dealing with my case. Namely Faith & Lineker who refuse to provide me with a time frame or progress report.

After multiple queries, I have still not received an update, compensation or basic communication from either parties.
