FNB CAR INSURANCE

I had a car insurance with FNB, unfortunately my car was involved in a collision on the 9th May 2024, which resulted in it being written off I was assisted by Simdumise Zamisa and my claim was finalized and paid out on the 12th of June, the reason I'm giving a 4* instead of a 5* is because in the whole experience i think they must improve on the communication otherwise it is great to know that when you insured with them in times of the bad time like this they will catch you in the future when I get another car I would definitely consider using them.thank you
