FNB CAR INSURANCE

I have taken car insurance with FNB last month. The person who helped me send a quote even deducted money. But now I wanted to do changes on the policy. When I phone the phone does not go through. I went to we chat they gave me the numbers still is says the person is not available.

Is FNB waiting for me to have a problem so that they can dispute my claim or what is this? Its very sad because I left my old insurance for them.

Now If I dont get assistance by the end of today I am cancelling my insurance with you.
