FNB car insurance

FNB insurance has had my car since December 2023 after an accident that only needed the doors repaired but it's almost March and haven't received my car back. I'm now receiving reports that my car has engine issues which was not the case when my car was taken in for repairs. I don't know ho much longer am I supposed to wait to have my drivable car back, their staff aren't even friendly enough to give you reports, you constantly have to call them if you need to know anything regarding your car and they have zero compassion.
