FNB CAR insurance

I waited 3 weeks for fnb car insurance to come back and tell me my claim has been rejected even though am not happy with that, fine I accepted now that they have to tower my car back to me is an issue again, I have been waiting for two weeks with no answers. not happy with fnb insurance at all their customer service can do better its like they doing their clients a Favour. no response on emails person dealing with is always not available to take my calls.
