FNB car disk renewal

I've been with FNB for more than 10 yrs and i've never gotten bad service. But this time around, i feel like hopping onto another bank. FNB has given us access to renewing our license disk via the bank App which should be quicker than waiting in a que at the license department. I regret doing this, FNB cant help to track where my disk is, the courier say they don't see anything on the system with my name. RTMC watsapp line has been discontinued (which fnb is apparently working with). I've spent close to R100 on airtime, being taken from pillar to post. No one has answers for me. I'm really disappointed that FNB has no way of seeing where my disk is and we trust them with our personal information. I cant work with no car disk, this is affecting my household. I cant feed my kids
