FNB Captured incorrect Address, and failing to assist with fixing their error

My home loan statement reflects an incorrect unit number, I have requested assistance and I still have not received help, the branch will tell you that for home loan you need to call, and the people you call will ask you to send an email. I I am unable to use this proof of address for certain thing I need. The address is even incorrect on my My Life cover, I have sent FICA documents, I have sent emails for assistance, but I am stuck.
