FNB capture incorrect personal details on customer profiles
Upon generating a FNB account confirmation letter, that I urgently had to send somewhere, I realise my ID number is all of a sudden listed, on the FNB account confirmation letter, incorrectly. The last time I generated an account confirmation letter, that was around last year sometime, all my details where correct. Now all of a sudden my name and surname is correct but the ID number is not mine. I have to now wait 72 hours for them to fix it, setting me back. Thank you very much FNB for the inconvenience.

Why does it take so long for you to fix what you changed and why do you change my ID number on my profile, who gave you permission????? I don't understand and now I must wait and be negatively affected by all this. Hurry up with the amended Account Confirmation Letter.
