FNB Can't update remove closed accounts from credit reports.

The most useless bank. Had a credit card with them. The account was closed and settled in December 2024. But the account is still showing up on credit report with a balance. Phoned FNB to update it on their side and all the *********** people do I get to talk to is transfer you from one department to the next.
