FNB can’t track false loan account added to my profile

Long story short , FNB didn’t close an account of mine back in 2012 when I went abroad. Accumulating over R6000 interest . Been fighting with them about this since then. Gotten nowhere I have paid over nearly R9000 over the years and this CBC legal account is still on my profile accumulating interest. My branch can’t help me . The last person who I won’t mention at CBC legal FNB I haven’t even heard back from him since 2017/18 . No one can help me get this resolved ! It’s easy to just pass the buck every time FNB. It has gotten to a point where I can’t apply for finance or anything since this whole mess up in 2012. After promise to call me back or this has been escalated to higher management still nothing FNB.

To add , the amount I was liable for was directed to a loan account they added to my account. I have Never taken a loan from FNB and yet they claim they don’t know how to close it even though I bit the bullet and settled everything. I paid FNB nearly R9000 for nothing !
