Fnb can't trace missing payment

I made a cell phn transfer from y cheque acc to credit card. 4 days later the funds are still not reflecting in my credit card. I'm going to be overdrawn due to the lack of urgency tracing these funds. I'm given the run around as each day when I follow up I'm told a different story. Where is thrusting payment cause funds between fnb accounts are cleared immediately. I'm not paying any penalties as fnb is slacking and not getting back to me
