FNB can't stop *****ing from my account.
Okay, I can't even begin to explain how upset I am right now. So, in March FNB stole R3750 from my account for 'honfee' for unpaid items. This amount was subsequently reversed. In June an amount of R1750 for 'honfee' was again ****** from my account by FNB. After many phone calls it was reversed. This morning I woke up to find R1450 for the same nonsense ****** from my account by FNB. FNB says it's for unpaid items. Firstly :
1) There are no debit orders going off from my account. It's online PURCHASES I make.
2) I am under debt review so I'm not allowed any credit so it's impossible for my account to go in arrears. So if I don't have money in my account the purchase would simply decline. So where the hell does this unpaid **** come from?
If I go to Pick and Pay and want to swipe for food I bought and I have no money in my account, the transaction would be DECLINED. You have no right to take money from my account for unpaid items. After you have given the money you stole from my account I will take my savings and close my account. In 2 months you've attempted on 3 seperate occasions to de***** and ***** over R6000 'honfee' **** from my account.
I will refer this matter to the banking ombudsman. I am not alone.
Do yourself a favor and Google 'FNB HONFEE'. FNB has tried to ***** money from so many others its crazy.
The thing that makes me the angriest is the fact that I must now wait for MY MONEY to be reversed. 3 business days for money that FNB stole from my account.
Today is Thursday. Now I must wait for 3 business days to get back my ****** money??
I've opened a case at SAPS with reference CAS 176/19
After this, I want nothing more to do with this bank. This is totally unacceptable and your ******** practices must end.
