FNB can't seem to resolve issues.

Since 23rd if Dec I have been trying to get issues resolved with FNB. To date, it's still not resolved. It's exhausting to deal with this bank. Virtual cards, ebucks,changing bank accounts are still my issues. When am I going to get this resolved?
