Fnb cant live up to their promises no customer service at all

I hereby lay a complaint with Fnb connect. I have purchased a phone with the almost 18 month ago and the phone only worked for 3 months they state they have a 2 year collect and repair warranty which is absolutely not true. I have phoned them a few them when the phone started to give problem with the battery and the never came to pick it up.... I have send countless emails, the phone has been with me not working at all for 15 months waiting for them to collect Eventually they did and now no one answers or can tell me where my phone is. Again no respond to emails, if i phone no one can assist me I must always phone back later so they have taking my money for 18 months now for something that does not work. And now they have seem to dissapeared with the phone that I am pating for STILL. Please do not use FNB connect they are very sly at doing things and keeping their promises but very keen on just taking your money.
