FNB can't live up to their logo

Last night I used their cell phone banking to buy airtime and money was deducted but didn't get my airtime. I called this morning and I was transferred to more than 3 people till the 4th girl promised to get back to me. It's 14h40 now, I'm still waiting. I have been banking with FNB for more than 16 years but I have to wait, they saw what happened and didn't fix it. I'm angry and thinking of moving to another bank.
