Fnb can't help you

It's so disappointing to get bad service from a renowned bank such as fnb. You get the best service from the sales dept when they want your business but when you phone for something as simple as getting the account number of new account you just opened, no one seems able to assist and you are transferred from pillar to post without even being notified by the consultant that they'll transfer you, how unprofessional. Think they should change their slogan, it's not fitting with what I experienced today.
