FNB Can't Help You!
On the 30 September I made 2 payments into my FNB petrol card. Been trying since Monday to reverse the transfer and still nothing has been done. Only received a case number on Thursday and was advised it would take 24 hours. By Friday the reversal still hadn't been done so I called again, was advised again it would be done in 24 hours snd it Saturday and still no reversal done. FNB had no issues charging massive bank fees but getting help from them is next to impossible.

10 Oct 2023, 17:09FNB is really pathetic. The reversal was done but only half the amount was reversed. I never received any phone call from your customer service. The inconvenience is just unreal. Will be closing all my accounts if this ever gets resolved.
