FNB CANT HELP YOU

Covid 19 Relief fund extention

I have been calling FNB since the 23rd of July. Everyday I would receive assurance that someone has emailed the department and will be in contact with me, no one gets back all you get is "someone will call you tomorrow". My relief fund was approved and monies was deducted from my account and I'm under the most stress knowing that maybe it's going be the most difficult month without anything to provide for my family. I've explained my concerns and needs but it falls on deaf ears. I'm told every time I call someone is working on it and it will be paid out in the next day or 2. I haven't received a cent back and no one cares to call back and make the time to solve my problem. FNB can't help you, even with a slogan that states they want to.

No call, no refund, no solution... how about no more client too!
