FNB can’t help you !!!

This bank after countless emails and pone calls to explain to them that I can not make payments according to my original agreement because my salary has been *******ly cut have responded by saying they can not help me in any way but by letting me pay a affordable amount on two accounts which I have explained that I am still not able to pay and they responded by handing me over to a debt collecting spamming company called brooks and Luyds that spam me all day on my work number and private number forcing my work colleagues a huge amount of spam calls and this is highly unprofessional and absolute abuse of privacy I have communicated with FNB bank and they have clearly stated they can do nothing for me beacause this account is in arrears and they do not settle arrears like better banks do to give you one affordable payment and by means extend your term to allow you to make steady payments .I am so disgusted by their service it is unbelievable I should have never switched over from Capitec bank
