FNB can't help me link my ewallet to easy zero

I have easy zero but whenever i receive ewallet it goes straight to ewallet account instead of easy zero, i tried linking it via the app and i failed, tried ussd it told me i have an active easy zero, but when i logged on my internet banking I don't see the easy zero account , seems like no one can help me link back my ewallet to easy zero, called many times even went to the branch but still no one can help me, I'm a businessman who receives ewallet payments but now i can't since the money is not going to easy zero, please help
