Fnb cant help me

So after more than a week i finally get my new card. Go to a branch to activate and set daily and monthly limits. Try to use the card on 16 june, purchase doesnt go through. Really embarassing!!! After numerous declines pay cash. N mind u we had just enough cash fir that purchase. Get a msg saying we hav reached our limits. ***!!!!! N i had lots more to purchase n no cash knowing i had adequate funds in d acc. Go onto online banking and fnb app. Go to cards to set limits. ****! It says no cards assiciated with this account! Wat the heck? So what is the point of having d app or online banking. So i transfer to my capitec acc n pay r42 to hav it cleared immediately. Not my flippin fault fnb is so useless. I was out if town n cudnt access my own money. Cudnt even draw cash at atm. Please refund my r42!!!! Fnb is gone from bad to worse! This is a business acc and i was out of town. It was a holiday. Stranded witout money if i didnt have the capitec acc. I am looking at transferring this account to another bank. Cos i cant deal with the incompetencies of fnb. Absolutely horrified. Nobody carries large amounts of cash anymore. So we expect the damn cards to work. Limits were set. None were exceeded! I cant ever risk this happening again. So pls refund my r42 whilst i look for a bank that is reliable, professional and customer orientated. Enough is enough!!!!! Bye bye fnb u cant freakin help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
