Fnb can't help

Good day not for me money was transfered to my fnb account which I never new was closed. After calling customer service and treated like a idiot I am still waiting for someone to help me I this matter. All they can say is that they have no idea where the money is and can't see on the system that I ever had an account with them but I am sitting with a card and whit a payslips whit my fnb account number on.... So what to do now who to complain to now if the lady by fnb tells me the customer agent that helped me in the first place a Loinal is stupid
