FNB can't give me information on my temporary loan.

I can't get authorization over the phone to check my balance on a temporary loan.

I have a business account with FNB and I closed my personal account.

Now I called in numerous times to get information on a temporary loan I made on my personal account. I waited 45 min on a call with FNB

Because I don't have a personal account and card for my cheque account I can't be authenticated. They put me through to the business desk, then back to personal, then back to business.

All I need is a balance? How difficult can it be? I am not applying for anything I just need my balance.
