FNB can't even assist with account conformation letter

Struggling to get an account confirmation letter on line. Called my company personal banker, does not answer or call back. Call the business phone number, only to get pushed from pillar to post to getting cut off.Go to Clearwater Branch only to be told I must pull the account confirmation letter from my profile. After explaining it's NOT working online I sit in a line for 45min waiting to get served. So much so for businesses getting priority.
