Fnb - can't count - useless with money

Half the reason my account is always in the red, is the way this company relates finances to their clientele,

Nothing makes good practical sense, and it feels almost as if the bank itself is trying to to bankrupt me.

200 rand monthly charges, and then I get charged for everything, what pickles my brain is how creditors can attempt to push debit orders through more than once without any balance- and I'm still charged nearly 10rand for everytime this happens.
