FNB can't close a credit card without drama

What is it going to take to close my credit card once and for all. I phoned the credit card department twice to close my credit card. Eventually it was closed and over 1000 Rand that was in there was deposited in my cheque account. Now I open the app just to see another credit card has been opened and I owe 57 Rand on it. You had over a thousand in my closed credit card so why not take the 57 Rand from there? Now I must pay another 57 bucks to close it. What got me fuming this morning is that I phoned the credit card department. Went through the whole story only to be transferred to the collections department? They then put me back to the credit card department and I had to tell the whole story again. The agent promised to call me back herself but I got a call from a completely diffent person and go through the story again. What must I do to close the credit card. This is not on.
