FNB CANT CLEAR MY CREDIT PORTFOLIO
I recently cleared all my debts with FNB and provided them with Paid up letters which issued to me but 8 weeks later my portfolio with them still hasn't been adjusted accordingly and I still can't get credit.
I believe this is simple issue to resolve but they keep bouncing me around and its infuriating and they even haven't given me a reference number for my query

11 Sept 2020, 08:23My Issue for Ticket ***F still not resolved even after sending Clearance Certificate 3 times I can even get acknowledgment notice of receipt. After what was requested is sent closure must be finalised but its 3 days and no response. Whats happening the the FNB we once knew this used to be the most innovative bank on this side of the hemisphere.
