FNB can't catch ***** on your account until the money is gone

I had suspicious activities on my account while my phone battery died. Within 15 minutes all of my funds were used against an online gaming platform. Clearly my card details were exposed somehow, but even with those details, all purchases on my account is set to be authorized by my banking app approval which is only authorized by using my biometric fingerprint. How FNB allowed transactions on my account without the set approval is a mistery. Other than that, how did my bank's ***** department not notice 14 transactions of the same amount, from the same supplier go off within 10 minutes? I can't even do 1 transaction in that time frame. My ***** department only called me 2 hours after the transactions went through to alert me, by the I had already logged a case and cancelled my cards. FNB have a lot of time to advertise and push their products down your throat but clearly not quick enough to catch a very obvious and malicious activity on your account. Once I get my money back from the bank, if I do, I will be moving my entire portfolio to another bank. Shocking, and the service was also not the best as the call centre agents are limited in what they can do for you so the bank can't even reverse those purchases even though it was logged with the ***** department within an hour of the transactions going off. Terrible security, terrible service. It's December and I don't have a cent on my name as they managed to even overdraw my account, now I'm stuck in PMB with no money.
