FNB can't be trusted

I had a problem with rain network for deductions that were cancelled because I couldn't block them as they didn't appear on my debits intil i went to the bank to be assisted with the problem upon arrival i was given advice to change the card as they couldn't block Rain bwhichbi had to pay for the new card then the card came when i went to collect the card i was then told i qualify for card upgrade then i was told good news about the card upgrade nothing bad as writing this i owe FNB 1250 for something i don't know n i haven't received the card but i owen them i logged in on their app to chart with one of thier consultant he was so useless his name is nkululeko n cant remember the branch consultant name
