I wish to lay a formal complaint against your Legal department.

I have been handed over to the legal department due to not pay my credit card, I since sold my vehicle to settle this dept but can't get hold of the legal department to settle.

I was told to go into a branch to have this sort out, went in to the branch just to be told sorry the credit card department does not work over weekends(was not informed about this)

Make calls to the following numbers *** put thru to *** put thru to *** and here I hold for hours, use the leave a message service and call gets cut off while leaving a message, hold for 20min and call gets cut off.

How am I supposed to settle this account if this is the level of service I am receiving.

I will be settling the account and be closing my accounts with FNB.

For the last two years all I got from FNB is harassment, bad service and broken commitments from FNB.

If this can be resolved.

Highly disappointed in FNB.

Morning FNB Credit card complaints department.

As per the attached Screenshot 48hours ago I laid a complaint and according to the sms a consultant should have contacted me within 48hours.

This has not happened.

Please can this be escalated immediately, please take note of this is effecting my credit rating and history and as such I will be demanding that the interest on the outstanding amount be sc****d and my records with the credit bureau be cleared.

This will be a ongoing consolation going forward until this matter is resolved.

Please note I will also be laying complaints were ever possible and going public with this as yet nothing is happening.
