FNB cant assist me with paypal

I cannot get support from FNB for paypal. Too many conflicting stories of what I can and cant do and how to link paypal to FNB. I am told I can link FNB to paypal if i just have an online profile. I dont have an account. They say thats fine. I have a profile from using FNB share trader. There is nothing I can access on my mobile phone to link up to FNB. All it goes to is ebucks account which I never had. I cant get access to my laptop which ai told the staff but I was told I can do it all from my laptop.
