Fnb can’t activate digital banking

As a premier banking client I am appalled that I cannot activate my digital banking profile via any other channel but an ATM, yet I find myself on holiday stuck without being able to get an ATM in this small town of Struisbay to activate it. Therefore I cannot make transfers. Goodbye FNB hello standard bank
