Fnb can't ACCOUNT for the money that disappeared in my account!!

I just woke up and my Sassa R350 SRD grant has disappeared within my TROUBLESOME FNB Savings account,now FNB can't explain or care where is the money,hence haven't received any sms notification on who or how the funds were taken from my account! I desperately need the funds to start a small business in order to survive during this difficult times,FNB is careless with people's money and I am seriously considering moving my business to CAPITEC where clients are always happy and their money is safe,my life partner has been with CAPITEC for more than 8 years and has never complained,but I cry about FNB at least every four months(3 times per year) I now hate FNB and won't recommend it(FNB) to anybody.
